    The incident occurred on Tuesday morning at Co-op Academy in Higher Blackley, Manchester, when a 14-year-old girl allegedly launched a knife attack, leaving three people injured. The school was immediately placed under lockdown as emergency services rushed to the scene shortly after 8:30 a.m.<\/h4>\n

    The injured teacher, Maysum Abdullah, 27<\/strong>, reportedly intervened to shield students from harm and helped stop the attack despite suffering a serious neck injury. Students have since praised Abdullah’s bravery, describing him as someone who put his own life at risk to protect others.<\/h4>\n

    According to Greater Manchester Police, a 14-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm under Section 18 of the Offences Against the Person Act.
