chairmanship of Chief Justice <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Justice Yahya Afridi<\/span><\/span>, where the transfer of several High Court judges was approved.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"667\">The commission reviewed matters related to judicial transfers, including the approval of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani<\/span><\/span> to the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Lahore High Court<\/span><\/span>. The decision was made by a majority vote, with nine members supporting the move.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"834\">The commission also approved the transfer of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz<\/span><\/span> to the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Sindh High Court<\/span><\/span>, again through a majority decision.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1058\">According to sources, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Justice Babar Sattar<\/span><\/span> of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Islamabad High Court<\/span><\/span> has been transferred to the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Peshawar High Court<\/span><\/span>, though three members voted against his transfer.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1343\">Earlier, Justice Babar Sattar had written a letter to the Chief Justice, stating that under Article 200 of the Constitution, a judge should be heard personally before any transfer decision.
