disturbing incident, four individuals allegedly stripped a young man at gunpoint and recorded a video of him. The Kallar Syedan police registered a case and promptly arrested three of the suspects.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"881\">According to the complainant, Muhammad Rizwan, a resident of Chappar, he works at a pharmaceutical factory in Chamber Mor, Rawat. On the day of the incident, he was on his way to work with a man named Izrar, riding on a motorcycle. However, Izrar diverted the route towards Bilal Hotel. Due to heavy rain, they stopped under a shelter near the hotel.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1136\">During this time, Izrar received a call from his friends and then forcibly took Rizwan towards DHA. After crossing the DHA gate and reaching Mohra Bakhtan Road, they encountered three individuals identified as Shoaib, Farhan, and an unidentified person.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1379\">Rizwan alleged that Shoaib pulled out a pistol and threatened to kill him, while the others forcibly removed his clothes. Izrar then recorded a video of him in a naked state.
