Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com \/ March 28, 2026) \u2014 In a surprising incident in the Mandra police jurisdiction area of Gohra, a bride was arrested for allegedly engaging in aerial firing during her wedding ceremony, police officials confirmed on Thursday.<\/h4>\n

According to the police, the incident came to light after a video showing the bride firing a weapon went viral on social media. Acting promptly, a case was registered on the complaint of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Waseem Akhtar.<\/h4>\n

Following the registration of the case, law enforcement authorities conducted a raid and took the bride into custody. During the operation, police also recovered a pistol along with four loaded bullets from her possession.<\/h4>\n

Police officials further revealed that the groom, identified as Shehryar Ali, who was present near the bride at the time of the firing, managed to flee the scene. Authorities have launched a search operation to locate and apprehend him.<\/h4>\n
