Kallar Syedan (Potohar.com \u2013 Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi | March 25, 2026):<\/strong> A 19-year-old rickshaw driver tragically lost his life after drowning in Phalina Dam near Kallar Syedan. The deceased, identified as Raheel, was a resident of Jatal Mandra area.<\/h4>\nAccording to reports, Raheel had arrived at the dam along with his friends on a rickshaw. Witnesses stated that he was bathing in the dam when he suddenly shouted that he was drowning. Moments later, he disappeared into the deep water.<\/h4>\nUpon receiving the information, Rescue 1122 teams from Kallar Syedan immediately reached the scene. Divers were also called from Rawalpindi, and a joint rescue operation was launched.
