Gujar Khan, Pothwar.com, March 15, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 A tragic incident was reported from the Dhok Muqaddam area within the jurisdiction of Mandrah Police Station, where a brother allegedly shot and killed his sister after a heated argument. The suspect managed to escape from the scene following the incident.<\/h4>\n

According to police sources, the deceased has been identified as Farhat Shaheen<\/strong>, who had been married to Muhammad Usman about four months ago. The case has been registered on the complaint of the victim\u2019s father, Mulazim Hussain<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n

According to the First Information Report (FIR), Farhat Shaheen had left her parental home in March due to unknown reasons. Her family had registered a kidnapping case at the time. However, she recovered on March 11<\/strong>. After her recovery, she had been living at her parents\u2019 house due to disagreements with her husband.<\/h4>\n

The FIR further states that on the morning of the incident, Farhat\u2019s brother Arslan,<\/strong> came home and an argument erupted between the two over her earlier departure from home. During the quarrel, Arslan allegedly pulled out a pistol and fired at Farhat Shaheen.<\/h4>\n

Police said the accused fired shots at her face and leg, causing severe injuries. Farhat Shaheen died on the spot.<\/h4>\n

After completing legal formalities, the police handed over the body to the family. A case has been registered, and police have launched a search operation to arrest the suspect who fled the scene.
