A ceremony to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir will be held on February 5 at the Dhangli Bridge over the Jhelum River. Assistant Commissioners, administrative officers, elected representatives from Kallar Syedan and Dadial (District Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir), along with political, social, and civil society members, will participate in the event and form a human chain.<\/h4>\nIn this connection, a joint meeting of administrative officers from both sides was held on Monday at the Municipal Committee Hall, Kallar Syedan. The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Kallar Syedan Shabana Nazir, Assistant Commissioner Dadial Aftab Khan, Punjab Assembly Member Raja Sagheer Ahmed, Member Pakistan Films Censor Board Muhammad Zareef Raja, Chief Officer Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan Riffat Abbas Pasha, DSP Dadial Babar Rafiq, Chaudhry Anwar of Inderhal AJK Welfare Trust, Vice President Tehsil Press Club Dadial Chaudhry Zubair, former General Secretary Zaheer Sapro, President Youth League Sarsobah Shah Asif Khurshid, Incharge Traffic Police Dadial Muhammad Shoaib, Head City Traffic Police Kallar Syedan Sajjad Hussain Qureshi, SHO Kallar Syedan Raja Muhammad Aqib Razaq, and others.<\/h4>\nDuring the meeting, final arrangements for the February 5 program were approved, and participants reaffirmed their commitment to continue supporting the Kashmiris\u2019 right to self-determination.<\/h4>\nAssistant Commissioner Kallar Syedan Shabana Nazir stated that Pakistan will continue to extend moral and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir, adding that lasting peace in the region is linked to a peaceful and durable resolution of the Kashmir issue in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolutions and the right to plebiscite.<\/h4>\nAssistant Commissioner Dadial Aftab Khan said that Kashmiris have always remained sincere well-wishers of Pakistan and emphasised that the completion of Pakistan is tied to the resolution of the Kashmir issue as per UN Security Council resolutions.<\/h4>\nIt was decided that on February 5, convoys from Tehsil Dadial and Tehsil Kallar Syedan, led by their respective Assistant Commissioners, will reach Dhangli Bridge at 10:00 a.m. Sirens will be sounded, followed by one minute of silence, after which participants will form a human chain and formally commence the ceremony.
