Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | February 02, 2026): <\/strong>A serious house robbery incident was reported in the Singhori Sarwar Shaheed area of Mandra, where armed robbers allegedly stormed into a house, held the family hostage at gunpoint, subjected them to violence, and escaped with valuables.<\/h4>\n

According to initial reports, the incident took place on Friday night, January 30, at around 7:45 PM, when four armed robbers forcibly entered the house of local resident Mazhar Hussain in the village of Singhori Sarwar Shaheed. The assailants were armed with firearms and immediately took control of the situation.<\/h4>\n

The robbers reportedly held Mazhar Hussain\u2019s son, Zain Mazhar, along with other family members, hostage at gunpoint and confined them in a room. During the robbery, the criminals subjected Zain Mazhar to physical assault while conducting a thorough search of the house.<\/h4>\n

As a result of the robbery, the assailants looted gold earrings, cash amounting to Rs. 35,000, and a mobile phone. After committing the crime, the robbers managed to flee the scene without resistance.<\/h4>\n

Mazhar Hussain stated that the suspects appeared to be between 35 and 36 years of age based on their physical appearance. The incident has caused fear and concern among local residents of the area.<\/h4>\n

Sources confirmed that Mandra Police have registered a case regarding the incident and have initiated an investigation to trace and apprehend the culprits.
