The purpose of the open court is to provide citizens with a direct platform to present their applications, complaints, and issues related to provincial government departments. Through this initiative, the Ombudsman\u2019s office aims to ensure the timely resolution of public grievances and promote transparency and accountability within government institutions.<\/h4>\n
