Oslo, Norway (Pothwar.com \u2014 Aqil Qadir | December 09, 2025) \u2014 A special fundraising campaign was held last Friday at the Drammen Mosque as part of the Khatm-e-Nabuwwat<\/em> (Finality of Prophethood \ufdfa) Project, drawing an enthusiastic response from worshippers and the local Muslim community.<\/h4>\n

Acting President of the Islamic Literature Society Norway, Azhar Iqbal<\/strong>, along with Finance Secretary Abrar Yaqub<\/strong>, visited the mosque and delivered a detailed briefing on the project\u2019s objectives, priorities, and the ongoing research and publication efforts.<\/h4>\n

Imam and Khateeb Mufti Owais Malik<\/strong>, along with the mosque\u2019s full administrative team, warmly welcomed the guests. Following a short appeal after the briefing, worshippers displayed remarkable generosity, contributing 70,000 Norwegian Kroner<\/strong> on the spot. The strong community support highlights the commitment of Muslims in Norway to promoting an accurate, scholarly understanding of Islam and strengthening awareness about the belief in the Finality of Prophethood \ufdfa.<\/h4>\n

In addition to the mosque administration, several philanthropists also contributed individually, including Rana Bakhtiar Ahmed<\/strong>, Malik Shahid Awan<\/strong>, Chaudhry Tahir Shehzad<\/strong>, Mahmood Muhammad Asjad<\/strong>, Atif Iqbal Chaudhry<\/strong>, Noman Sarwar<\/strong>, Amjad Farooq Chaudhry<\/strong>, Muhammad Usman<\/strong>, and others.<\/h4>\n

The Islamic Literature Society is currently compiling four comprehensive, research-based books<\/strong> on the Finality of Prophethood \ufdfa in the Norwegian language. The scholarly work is now in its final stages and aims to provide Norwegian readers with authentic references, academic analysis, and accessible explanations.<\/h4>\n

The Society also announced that a concise combined summary<\/strong> of all four books will be published separately, with 10,000 free copies<\/strong> to be distributed to the public to ensure wide access to accurate information on the subject.<\/h4>\n

A dedicated project website has also been developed, where all books will be available online for free<\/strong>, enabling the wider Norwegian society to access credible, research-based Islamic content in a clear and scientific manner.<\/h4>\n

The entire academic and research project requires at least one million NOK<\/strong>, covering publishing, proofreading, design, research, website development, and distribution costs.
