The project, intended to ease the hardships faced by parents and female students, has failed to attract the attention of the Kallar Syedan administration, leaving the building in a deteriorating state.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"894\">What was meant to become a modern educational institution is now turning into ruins. Inflation-hit citizens, whose hard-earned tax money is being used for public development, are expressing frustration as the partially constructed building stands abandoned, exposed to weather damage and neglect.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"1243\">The land for the girls\u2019 college, measuring four kanals, was generously donated by <strong data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1012\">Chaudhry Shoaib Altaf Muqaddam<\/strong>.
