November 26, 2025) \u2014 Work has officially begun on the modern reconstruction of two long-neglected roads connecting Kallar Syedan and Gujar Khan: the Sui Cheemian\u2013Habib Chowk road and the Daryala Mor\u2013Kallar Syedan route. The combined cost of both development projects is estimated at Rs. 600 million.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"899\">The initiative was approved after Anjum Rasheed Warraichi and Raja Shaukat Warraichi made a special request to Brigadier Raja Azeem, whose efforts led the Punjab government to sanction the substantial funds. Following approval, the foundation-laying ceremony took place on Tuesday.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1167\">For the 9-kilometre Habib Chowk to Sui Cheemian road, Rs. 530 million have been allocated. The plan includes the construction of a 24-foot-wide carpeted road with 6-foot concrete shoulders on both sides. The Sui Cheemian to Kallar Syedan segment is already carpeted.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1429\">Similarly, Rs. 70 million have been set aside for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Daryala Mor to Kallar Syedan road, which has been neglected for decades. This project also features the construction of a 16-foot-high bridge over a seasonal stream.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1666\">Upon completion, both roads are expected to greatly benefit Eastern Gujar Khan and provide Kallar Syedan residents with significantly improved access.
