The honourable court has announced its verdict in a long-pending murder case, sentencing the accused, Shahid Azad, to life imprisonment along with a fine of Rs. 600,000. Renowned lawyer Aqeel Haidri Advocate represented the complainant and presented effective arguments, upon which the Additional Sessions Judge Kahuta delivered the judgment.<\/h4>\n

According to details, the case pertained to FIR No. 182\/16 under Section 302, in which the accused, Shahid Azad, had shot and killed a woman named Zaib Insa, wife of Shafqat Ali, a resident of Batala, about nine years ago. After committing the crime, the accused fled the scene. The Kahuta Police registered the case and, after nearly seven years, arrested the accused.<\/h4>\n

Yesterday, the honourable court pronounced the final decision, sentencing Shahid Azad to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 600,000. The complainant\u2019s party expressed gratitude to the honourable court and their legal counsel, Advocate Aqeel Haidri, for ensuring justice was served.<\/h4>\n
