On top of this, the prices of agricultural sprays and pesticides have skyrocketed, further increasing the burden on the farming community.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1173\">Hafiz Raja Bilal Abbas, a farmer from Sahot Badhal who cultivates vegetables on 20 kanals of land through self-help, spoke to <em data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"998\">Pothwar.com<\/em>.
