Government Associate College of Commerce, Dhapri Kahota, with Government Associate College, Kallar Syedan.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"1077\">Representing the Higher Education Department, the case was supported by Principal Shahid Liaqat of Government Associate College Boys, Kalra Sayedan, former Principal Muhammad Shamim of Government Associate College of Commerce, Dhapri Kahuta, Assistant Director Legal Directorate of Education Colleges Rawalpindi Muhammad Waqar Asad Khan, and Assistant Law Officer Malik Waqas Ali Awan from the Punjab Higher Education Department.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1313\">The case was followed by Assistant Advocate General Punjab Malik Amjad Ali Khan, who informed the court that the rented building in question had been vacated and
