people in remote villages and hear their problems at their doorstep, especially those who cannot travel to cities. He expressed these views while addressing an open court held on Wednesday in Shah Bagh, a suburban village of Kallar Syedan.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1294\">During the session, a large number of complainants\u2014mostly women\u2014raised grievances, particularly regarding the non-arrest of accused persons in murder and other cases. Citizens also voiced concerns over the presence of outsiders from distant regions, particularly South Punjab, in Kallar Syedan despite the absence of local factories or business centers, terming it a potential security risk and linking it to theft and robbery incidents.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"2029\">Among individual complaints, Raja Faisal submitted a written application claiming that he had provided catering services worth PKR 2.9 million during the PP-7 by-elections in July 2022, but PKR 800,000 still remains unpaid. Another citizen, Ehtesham, reported that despite being injured in a road accident on August 13, police neither arranged his medical examination nor registered a case. Similarly, Muhammad Jawad complained that two robbery FIRs were falsely registered under his CNIC, causing him mental distress. Khalid Hussain of Nouthia reported a burglary at his house on March 31, where seven tolas of gold, PKR 400,000 cash, and valuables worth PKR 3 million were stolen, but no arrests have been made after four months.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2208\">CPO Hamdani listened to the grievances carefully and issued on-the-spot directives for action.
