Gujar Khan:\u00a0 Pothwar.com | July 13, 2025- <\/em>The land of martyrs and heroes, Tehsil Gujar Khan, has once again offered a brave son in the defence of the nation. Naik Abdul Ghafoor, son of Chaudhry Shakir Khan and a resident of Dhok Lass, Dhakali, Union Council Jhongal, embraced martyrdom while serving in Qalat, Balochistan.<\/h4>\n

Naik Abdul Ghafoor was performing his duties with utmost dedication when he laid down his life for the homeland, joining the ranks of countless heroes who have sacrificed everything for Pakistan\u2019s safety and sovereignty.<\/h4>\n

His namaz e janaza was held with full military honours, attended by residents, military officials, and political figures. The martyr was laid to rest in his native village graveyard with deep respect and national pride.<\/h4>\n

On behalf of MPA Raja Shaukat Aziz Bhatti, PA Chaudhry Amir Gujar attended the funeral and placed floral wreaths on the martyr\u2019s grave as a mark of tribute. Emotional scenes were witnessed during the ceremony as slogans of \u201cShaheed ki jo maut hai, woh qaum ki hayat hai\u201d<\/em> echoed in the air.<\/h4>\n

Locals paid rich tribute to the fallen soldier, expressing pride over the sacrifice of their son and vowing continued support for Pakistan\u2019s armed forces. The martyr leaves behind a legacy of bravery, honour, and unwavering patriotism.<\/h4>\n
