Hajra Zahid, 29, and Haleema Zahid, 25, were found in pools on the Watkin Path – which leads to the summit of Yr Wyddfa – also known as Snowdon – on 11 June.<\/h4>\n

The two sisters from Kahuta drowned in Eryri National Park in North Wales after travelling to the area with friends from university, an inquest has heard.<\/h4>\n

Hajra Zahid, 29, and Haleema Zahid, 25, were pulled from pools on the Watkin Path, which leads to the summit of Yr Wyddfa, or Snowdon, in North Wales. Their funeral prayers were offered, and their bodies were flown to Kahuta, amid lots of sorrow and concerns.<\/h4>\n

Hajra Zahid and Haleema Zahid came to the UK for their master’s degrees four months ago. They were from Gulzar-e-Quaid in Rawalpindi and were born in Kahuta near Pindi.<\/h4>\n

Hajra Zahid was married to Hasham Minhas and the couple had two sons, aged six and three. They were studying at Chester University. They lived in Maltsby, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.<\/h4>\n

A relative told pothwar.com: \u201cThe family is shattered. The police and the university are making contradictory statements.<\/h4>\n

The police say one sister drowned and the other drowned while trying to save her, but the body of one sister was found floating on the surface, and the other sister\u2019s body was found ten minutes away.<\/h4>\n

The witnesses say both entered the water together. The police have not informed us of anything and are not helping the family.<\/h4>\n
