Four prisoners have been sentenced to death twice \u2014 once for gang rape and once for murder. Additionally, each convict has been fined Rs. 500,000.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"744\">One of the convicts, Muhammad Waqas, hails from the village Nothia in UC Ghazanabad, Kallar Syedan. He, along with co-accused Naqash, Bilal, and Asif, was found guilty of sexually assaulting fellow inmate Sabeel and subsequently strangling him to death with a piece of cloth.<\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"1024\">The brutal incident was reported last year in an FIR registered at Thana Sadar Bairooni on the complaint of the Adiala Jail Superintendent.
