Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com \u2013 May 19, 2025)<\/em> \u2014 In a tragic turn of events, the body of a young man from Dera Muslim, who had drowned in the Ogahoon Dam nearly three weeks ago, was discovered on Wednesday morning. The deceased has been identified as Aurangzeb, who had been missing since the incident.<\/h4>\n

According to local sources, the body surfaced on the water’s surface without any external intervention and was first spotted by residents living near the dam. Upon noticing the floating body, the locals immediately informed Rescue 1122, who arrived promptly at the scene and retrieved the body.<\/h4>\n

It is worth noting that extensive efforts had been made to locate Aurangzeb’s body following his drowning. Rescue 1122 teams, along with divers from Mangla Dam, had conducted a multi-day search operation in and around the dam. Despite their tireless efforts, the body had remained untraceable until today.<\/h4>\n
