Rawalpindi Police\u2019s consistent and efficient investigation efforts have resulted in convictions in three separate murder cases, with courts awarding strict punishments to the perpetrators.<\/h4>\n

In the first case, convict Kashif was sentenced to death and fined Rs. 300,000. He had set his wife on fire following a domestic dispute. The incident occurred in March 2021 and was registered at Wah Cantt Police Station.<\/h4>\n

In the second case, convict Younas received life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 500,000 for shooting and killing a citizen, Jahanzeb, over a land dispute. The case was registered in April 2021 at Mandrah Police Station.<\/h4>\n

In the third case, convict Rashid was also sentenced to life imprisonment along with a Rs. 500,000 fine for murdering a man named Ashraf over a property disagreement. The incident was reported in July 2023 at Gujar Khan Police Station.<\/h4>\n

All three convictions were achieved due to solid evidence and the diligent prosecution of the cases. City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Hamdani commended the SSP Investigation and the legal teams for their outstanding work.
