Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, March 19, 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 A deadly clash between two rival groups in Gujar Khan resulted in the death of both assailants, who succumbed to each other\u2019s gunfire.<\/h4>\n

According to details, the violent confrontation took place near the National Bank on GT Road, Gujar Khan, involving two factions from the Tharjial area who are also relatives as well. The incident occurred when motorcycle riders Qadeer and Naseer opened fire on a car carrying Haji Rafiq. As a result, Haji Rafiq was fatally shot. In retaliation, Qadeer was also killed, while the second motorcyclist managed to escape from the scene.<\/h4>\n

Following the shooting, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Gujar Khan, along with a heavy contingent of police, rushed to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, where strict security measures were implemented to prevent any further violence.<\/h4>\n

Sources reveal that this was not the first attempt on Haji Rafiq\u2019s life. Just a month and a half ago, he had survived a previous assassination attempt. Police are currently investigating the incident and searching for the escaped suspect.<\/h4>\n
