Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi \u2013 March 08, 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 The body of a married woman who mysteriously went missing three months ago from the Bagga Sheikhan area has been discovered in a nalah near Ghoora Rajgan. The woman’s family identified her through her clothing after authorities recovered an unidentified female corpse tied with stones.<\/h4>\n

The victim\u2019s husband had initially filed a kidnapping case against unknown individuals, while her brother had accused her husband and in-laws of orchestrating the abduction and murder. Despite police complaints, Rawat police allegedly failed to conduct an effective investigation, leading to no breakthroughs until the body was found near the same area.<\/h4>\n

The deceased was a teacher and a mother. She reportedly went missing near Chak Beli Mor after visiting the Kalyam Sharif shrine with her husband, Amin Butt. The woman’s brother had previously told police that Amin wanted to marry another woman, Sonia, who had demanded that he leave his first wife. The victim allegedly permitted him to remarry but refused to be divorced. Shortly afterward, she mysteriously disappeared, and her husband filed the abduction case.<\/h4>\n
