During his speech, Abbasi lamented that two-thirds of the members in the current assembly secured their positions through financial influence. He argued that Pakistan\u2019s political system must be based on principles and the Constitution; otherwise, the country will not progress. He further criticized widespread corruption, asserting that the level of corruption today is unprecedented in Pakistan’s history.<\/h4>\n

The event, hosted by Namberdar Raja Faisal Liaqat, witnessed a significant political shift as Faisal Liaqat, along with his family and relatives, announced their decision to join the Awam Pakistan Party.<\/h4>\n

Abbasi also took aim at Pakistan\u2019s three major political parties, stating that he had no hope for meaningful change from any of them. He specifically criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), stating that while Nawaz Sharif\u2019s slogan “Respect the Vote” resonated with the public, the party later shifted its stance to “Respect the Power,” leading to its rejection by the people. He accused PML-N of compromising its principles for political gains, which, according to him, was a betrayal of public trust.<\/h4>\n

He further emphasized that when political leaders deviate from the Constitution and fail to uphold the rule of law, it results in national instability and economic turmoil. He reiterated that Pakistan’s current political landscape lacks solutions, as all major parties have compromised on their principles.<\/h4>\n

Abbasi revealed that, after consultations, his team established the Awam Pakistan Party six months ago to bring competent individuals into politics. He stated that people are joining the party in large numbers, and they aim to foster a political culture based on integrity and merit.<\/h4>\n

The event was also addressed by Awam Pakistan’s central leader Hafiz Usman Abbasi and Shaukat Janjua, while stage duties were performed by Raja Imran Zameer.
