Motor (Pothwar.com, Kabir Ahmed Janjua), October 23, 2024<\/em> \u2013 Raja Mazhar Sarwar of Thoha Rajgan has rejected the robbery allegations filed against him and his brothers, calling the case a result of a financial dispute. Speaking to media representatives, he claimed that Islam, the complainant, lodged a false police report to mislead Kahuta police after making a bogus emergency call. According to Raja Mazhar, the real issue is a monetary dispute where Islam owes him Rs. 2.75 million. When confronted over the payment, Islam fled, abandoning his dumper truck, and later accused Raja Mazhar of robbery, claiming they seized the vehicle.<\/h4>\n

Raja Mazhar clarified that they took the dumper to their home after Islam ran away and later voluntarily brought it to the Kahuta police station. He insists they did not physically harm Islam and believes the robbery accusation is fabricated. He further revealed that Islam is now threatening to file a formal robbery charge unless the outstanding amount is forgiven. They criticized the seven-year halt in the Kahuta-Rawalpindi Road and Kahuta Bypass projects, calling it a sign of government incompetence. The leaders expressed concern over the daily suffering of commuters, as public transport and official vehicles travelling on this dilapidated road are constantly damaged, leading to frequent accidents and hardship for thousands of passengers.<\/h4>\n
