To facilitate this, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Punjab Transport and Mass Transit Department are launching the Licensed Automobile Workshop Management Information System (LAW-MIS).<\/h4>\n

Online applications are now open for licensing automobile workshops that will be responsible for inspecting private vehicles and issuing fitness certificates.<\/h4>\n

According to Rawalpindi Regional Transport Authority Secretary Rashid Ali, the Transport and Mass Transit Department is initiating these measures to enhance road safety and improve air quality.<\/h4>\n
