He said during the upgradation of the hospital, it was decided to separate the OPD route from that of the church.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u201cApart from building a separate gate for the church, the administration also spent Rs200,000 on the expansion of the church and other works,\u201d he said.<\/h4>\n<h4>He said the constitution of the country provided minorities with equal rights and freedom to practice their religions. Islam is a religion of unity, love and mutual tolerance. \u201cAs Muslims, we should respect each other\u2019s beliefs, ideas and thoughts,\u201d he said.<\/h4>\n<h4>He said promotion of interfaith harmony and tolerance was the need of the hour to make the country a cradle of peace.
