The significant number of independent candidates has strengthened the positions of political contestants, with notable representation from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).<\/h4>\n<h4>Among the independent candidates are prominent figures such as Sheikh Rashid of the Awami Muslim League (Qalam Dawat), Haneef Abbasi of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) (Sher), Samira Gul of the Pakistan Peoples Party (Arrow), Imran Shafiq of the Jamaat-e-Islami (Trazu), Sajjad Akbar Abbasi of the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (Crane), Muhammad Nadeem Raja of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (Motorcycle), Zia-ur-Rehman Amazai of the Jamaat-e-Ulema-e-Islam (Book), Abid Hussain of the United National Movement (Kite), Abdullah Abbasi of the Pakistan Ideological Party (Railway Engine), and Shergill Mir of the Pakistan Solidarity Party (Eagle).<\/h4>\n<h4>The field also includes independent candidates affiliated with the Pakistan Peoples Party, the Pakistan Muslim League (N), the Pakistan Awami Tehreek, the Pakistan Muslim League (Z), the Jamaat-e-Islami, and other political entities.
