Syedan (Potwar.com, Akram Ul-Haq Qureshi, July 21, 2023): The Excise and Taxation Department of Rawalpindi has commenced a property survey in Kallar Syedan, Gujar Khan, Daultala, Rawalpindi, and Taxila to implement the new five-year valuation table and valuation list for property tax collection, which will remain effective until December 31, 2028.<\/h4>\n<h4>In an official statement, it was announced that the survey will cover all types of immovable properties, including residential, agricultural, and commercial within the territorial limits of the Rawalpindi, Taxila, Murree, Gujar Khan, Daultala, and Kallar Syedan districts. The department has requested all property owners, holders, tenants, lessees, and those with any form of possession to provide the necessary details and documentation related to their properties, along with monthly and annual rental details, within thirty days to Assistant Collectors Gulsher Khan, Kulsoom Zahra, Farakh Saeed Butt, Shehzad Sahil Afzal, and Tahir Mahmood Shehzad for further processing.<\/h4>\n<h4>This comprehensive property survey aims to ensure accurate taxation and better valuation of properties in the aforementioned areas, in accordance with the latest rates and standards.
