Norway (Pothwar.com, Aqil Qadir, March 11, 2023) – The Pothohar Welfare Society in Norway organized a fundraising event for orphaned and vulnerable children of Pakistan Sweet Home. The head of Pakistan Sweet Home, Zumarad Khan, and Welfare Attach\u00e9 Asif Hamid from the Pakistani Embassy participated in the event. A large number of people from Oslo and the surrounding area attended the event and generously donated funds for the welfare of the children.<\/h4>\n

The event began with the recitation of the Quran by Haji Shaukat Sarwar, followed by a Naat presentation by Abdul Mannan. Zumarad Khan spoke about his responsibility as head of the organization and his journey in establishing Pakistan Sweet Home. He said that his life changed when he was assigned the responsibility of taking care of an orphan during the Swat operation, which led to the establishment of Pakistan Sweet Home. He further added that Pakistan Sweet Home has now established institutions in different parts of Pakistan, including Cadet College in Gujar Khan and Sohawa, and an institution in Azad Kashmir.<\/h4>\n

Welfare Attach\u00e9 Asif Hamid praised Zumarad Khan for his dedication and hard work in establishing a remarkable institution for orphaned and vulnerable children. He said that the Potthohar Welfare Society has always been supportive of such noble causes and will continue to support them in the future. Mufti Muhammad Zubair Tabbasum highlighted the importance of helping orphaned and vulnerable children in the light of the Quran and Hadith.<\/h4>\n

The Potthohar Welfare Society aims to help the underprivileged people of Pakistan, especially those from the Pothohar region. They organize fundraising events and provide financial assistance to institutions that work toward the welfare of the people.<\/h4>\n
