Samina Rahman and her daughters Minnie and Sana say the Government\u2019s response to the 999 delays crisis that’s caused death or severe harm to thousands of people in the last year has been \u2018too little, too late\u2019. They fear more people are \u2018paying with their lives\u2019 despite local efforts to tackle the crisis.<\/h4>\n

Much loved father of four Iqbal Rahman, 58, from Yardley Wood, collapsed on Christmas Eve after suffering cardiac failure. An ambulance arrived 90 minutes after the family’s first 999 call, by which time he was already dead.<\/h4>\n
