worker of Manianda, Kallar Syedan based in Hong Kong, has been conferred with the highest civil award in recognition of his outstanding social services.<\/h4>\n<h4>In a special ceremony held on the occasion of the National Day of Hong Kong, John Lee, Chief Executive of Hong Kong presented it and said that he was very happy to present the highest civil award to Qamar-ul-Zaman Minhas for his thirty years of social service to his community.<\/h4>\n<h4>It should be remembered that Chaudhry Qamar-ul-Zaman belongs to the village of Manianda in Kallar Syedan and he has been living in Hong Kong for the past several years. He is also the head of the Muslim Community of Hong Kong.
