London; More than a thousand people have flocked to Openshaw Park on Rochdale Road for the Bury Mela 2022 event.<\/h4>\n

The first of its kind, Bury Mela, was organized by councillor for Bury East, Umrana Farooq, to integrate the diverse community of Bury.<\/h4>\n

And according to Cllr Farooq the event has been well received and she is hoping to make it an annual event.<\/h4>\n
