Addressing the gathering, Ambassador of Pakistan Babar Amin said that the UN Security Council had recognized the right of Kashmiris to self-determination on January 5, 1949 but after 73 years, the international body could not implement its resolutions.<\/h4>\n<h4>Kashmiris continue to suffer and Indian atrocities are increasing with each passing day.
