The FIA \u200b\u200bhad registered a case No. 285 against Tanveer Hussain in 2009 and Case No. 161 in 2011. The accused were accused of deceiving innocent citizens by sending them abroad. The court had sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined him Rs 15.15 lakh in sections 18 and 12 after the completion of the hearing of the case. The court also sentenced Nasir Iqbal to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 15.50 lakh in both cases.
