In the inauguration ceremony, Director General Punjab Emergency Service Dr Rizwan Naseer handed over the keys of both the vehicles to National Assembly Member Sadaqat Ali Abbasi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on the occasion, Member National and Provincial Assembly Sadaqat Abbasi and Raja Saghir Ahmed said that rescue service is the only proud institution. This service is a ray of hope for us and the services of rescuers across Punjab are commendable. Rescue 1122 has always been available in emergencies and disasters. He appreciated the efforts of Founding Director Dr. Rizwan Naseer and his entire team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On this occasion, Director General Punjab Emergency Services Dr. Rizwan Naseer in his address said that so far more than (94) lakh emergency victims have been rescued with professionalism in various emergencies across Punjab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The timely response to more than 165 fire incidents and firefighting has also saved a potential loss of over Rs 500 billion. He said that it was time to mobilize the collective for the establishment of a safe society. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr Rizwan Naseer further said that more than one million rescue scouts have been trained across Punjab. He added that the rescue service has launched the “Rescue Cadet Corps (RCC)” to make the youth responsible in society.
