Each of the three owners filed the petition through Raja Muhammad Sattarullah, Advocate, Supreme Court Reference Collector, Tehsil Kahuta, who referred the matter to Mr. Senior Civil Judge, Rawalpindi for reference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In which the price of land Mouza Gohra was fixed at Rs 40,000 per Kanal while that of Mouza Bior was fixed at Rs 70,000 per canal. According to the land acquisition rules, the adjoining lands were not taken into consideration before the one-year average notification, while the lands acquired from the adjoining Azad Kashmir, which is less than Kahuta, were not taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was priced at Rs. 6 lakh per Kanal. Following the martyrdom of Mr. Justice, orders were issued by the Chief Justice of Punjab and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi to terminate the verdicts of the old cases till 31-03-2021. Due to which this case is from 2016, Mr. Senior Civil Judge Shahid Awan Sahib decided on a number of other cases with reference to this case and also decided this case on 31-03-2021. Thus, the amount of the award was increased from Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 70,000 per canal to Rs. 500,000 per canal, while at the same time, 15 per cent Ja Barana and 8 per cent compound interest degrees were also given. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
