London: Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti awarded with freedom of borough in luton

لندن: (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، محمد نصیر راجہ، 30 مارچ 2024) – قاضی عبدالعزیز چشتی کو لوٹن میں فریڈم آف برا کے اعزاز سے نوازا گیا ہے۔

گوجر خان کے گاؤں کونتریلا سے تعلق رکھنے والے قاضی عبدالچشتی کو میئر، کونسلر یعقوب حنیف نے ایوارڈ دیا۔ اس کے بعد نئے تعینات ہونے والے اعزازی فری مین اور فری ویمن نے ایک اعلامیہ اور رول پر دستخط کیے۔

کونسلر حنیف نے کہا: “قاضی عبدالچشتی کو یہ اعزاز حاصل کرنے والوں کو تسلیم کرنا اور ان کا شکریہ ادا کرنا ایک حقیقی خوشی ہے۔ لوٹن کی طاقت اس کے لوگوں میں پنہاں ہے اور انھوں نے اس شہر کو بہت کچھ دیا ہے اس پر فریڈم آف دی بورو کی تصدیق کرنے کے قابل ہونا اس سے زیادہ کچھ نہیں ہے جس کے وہ مستحق ہیں۔

امام قاضی عبدالعزیز چشتی ایم بی ای لوٹن کی مسلم کمیونٹی اور اس سے آگے کی عزت کی نگاہ سے دیکھے جاتے ہیں، جنہوں نے 1986 میں جامعہ اسلامیہ غوثیہ ٹرسٹ کی بنیاد رکھی۔ یہ چیریٹی مسلمانوں کی کمیونٹی کو مذہبی اور فلاحی مدد فراہم کرتی ہے اور ایک اسلامی تعلیمی مرکز چلاتی ہے۔ وبائی مرض کے دوران، اس نے سوگوار خاندانوں کو تسلی دینے والے 100 سے زیادہ جنازوں کی نگرانی کی اور اس کی قیادت

London: (Pothwar.com, Mohammad Naseer Raja, 30th March 2024) – Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti has been awarded awarded with freedom of borough in luton.

Qazi Abdul Chishti from village Kontrila in Gujar Khan was awarded by the mayor, councillor Yaqub Hanif. After this, the newly appointed honorary freemen and freewoman signed a declaration and the roll.

Councillor Hanif said: “It is a genuine pleasure to acknowledge and thank Qazi Abdul Chishti recipients of this award. Luton’s strength lies in its people and to be able to confirm Freedom of the Borough upon he has given so much to the town is nothing more than they deserve.

Imam Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE is well respected in Luton’s Muslim community and beyond, having founded the Jamia Islamia Ghousia Trust in 1986. The charity gives religious and welfare support to Muslims community and runs an Islamic Education Centre. During the pandemic, he oversaw and led over 100 funerals bringing comfort to bereaved families.
